Note: If a holiday falls on a Sunday, we will observe the closure on the following Monday.

At EChO ReSale, every purchase supports something bigger. When you shop with us, you’re not just buying a carefully selected item — you’re helping feed families through our EChO Food Pantry, provide shelter programs to those experiencing homelessness, offer personalized case management, and support neighbors facing crisis.
We’re proud to now have our EChO ReSale store under the same roof as our full-service nonprofit programs. This seamless integration allows our entire organization to work more closely together to serve our community — and we couldn’t be more excited about what this means for the people we help every day.
Our EChO ReSale store is thoughtfully curated. Each donation goes through a detailed, multi-step process — from intake and sorting, research to pricing and steaming — ensuring only quality pieces make it to the sales floor or our online store.
EChO offers delivery of purchased furniture for a fee of $75, only to the following towns: Aspen Park, Conifer, Evergreen, Genesee, Indian Hills, Kittredge, Marshdale, Parmalee Gulch, and Tiny Town.
Not every item ends up on display, but that doesn’t mean it wasn’t put to good use. Your donations may:
- Stock our floor or be sold through our online store
- Furnish a new home for a client getting back on their feet
- Put shoes on our clients’ feet
- Fill our client closet, located on the Food Pantry side, with essentials for those in need
- Be shared with partner organizations to serve others
Even items we can’t sell find purpose. Shoes that we are unable to sell go to Soles4Souls, and excess books are shared with local schools, daycare centers and correctional facilities.

Donations to EChO ReSale Store
Donation must be clean and in season*. We accept the following:
- Gently used men’s, ladies, and children’s clothing, free of stains, tears, or damage. We are always in great need of children’s and men’s clothing.
- Household items
- Artwork
- Toys, games
- Children’s furniture (for larger items, please scroll down for more info)
- Other items free of stains, tears or damage.
*In season, ex. holiday items such as Christmas items must be donated during Christmas season.
We are not able to accept the following items:.
- Mattresses or Box Springs
- TVs older than 3 Years
- Broken Electronics
- Computers/Computer Screens
- Exercise Equipment
- Any Toxic, Flammable or Hazardous Waste
Due to space constraints, please limit your donations to once per donation day, and bring no more than the equivalent of two 13-gallon trash bags or medium-sized boxes.
Never leave donations after donation hours or when we are closed. The shopping center has strict guidelines regarding items being left after business hours. Security cameras record license plate numbers and the center’s management will take action if items are left after hours.
EChO will provide you with a tax receipt when you make a donation so that you may apply for an income tax credit. You should consult a tax consultant or government resource for information about allowable deductions.
Furniture Donations
All Furniture Donations Must Be Approved Before Pick-up or Drop Off
- Email: furniture@evergreenchristianoutreach.org and include the following:
- If you will drop off or require a pick-up of the items.
- Provide pictures of each item, showing an overall picture and close up of details.
- Dimensions of the items, if possible
- Your name, address, and contact phone # for pick-up.
- Confirm your email address.
- All furniture must be in new or gently used condition: free of stains, tears, rips, deep scratches, or worn spots.
- EChO is only able to pick-up donated furniture from following towns: Aspen Park, Conifer, Evergreen, Genesee, Indian Hills, Kittredge, Marshdale, Parmalee Gulch, and Tiny Town.
- All furniture pickups require that items be outside in front of the house (no steps), in the garage, or somewhere that has reasonable access. We are unable to pick-up furniture that our staff determines cannot be sold due to disposal fees.
