• 🧒 Summer Lunches for Kids: During the summer, families who depend on school meals need help. EChO’s team of volunteers pack weekly meals and serve over 200 local kids.
• ♻️ Near-Zero Waste: EChO’s discarded food is composted or shared with local farmers for animal feed. We divert 20,000 lbs of food waste from the land-fill each year.
